The Challenge
The Solutions Consulting team at Gainsight is responsible for creating and maintaining demo assets across multiple use cases — Customer Success, PX, Skilljar, and more. Historically, this meant tech writers and SCs spending significant time producing scripts, recording walkthroughs, and manually updating content every time a product changed. The process was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale across a growing team.
How Trupeer Fits In
Gainsight deployed Trupeer across their Solutions Consulting and Revenue Operations teams. The workflow is straightforward: Product Marketing defines the use case, and Trupeer generates the demo video and accompanying script. Those scripts are then used not just for recordings but for live demos — giving SCs a consistent, high-quality foundation to work from every time.
The Revenue Operations team has also become one of the most active users on the platform, using Trupeer to document internal workflows and build enablement materials at a pace that wasn't previously possible.

In the first 7 months of implementation, the team created 98 videos and 97 documents across 10 fully active seats — a 100% utilisation rate that reflects genuine day-to-day adoption rather than a tool sitting unused after onboarding.
