Scaling global training with personalization

The Challenge

Natalia leads training content creation across multiple teams at Takeda. However, she was facing problems with legacy tools. To create training content for multiple teams, across different use cases -

• She needed to involve other teams for specific tools or workflows

• Personalizing content required recreating or manual work

• Videos did not have great voice or avatars

Additionally, there were specific features different legacy tools lacked, and there was no way for her to request changes or improvement in the products.

The Solution
