Problem Statement
Hedrick Gardner faced significant challenges in transitioning their employees to a modern cloud-based application from their legacy Citrix-based system. The process was complicated by the disorganized nature of their existing data, which had been inconsistently stored and used across teams. The limitations of the legacy system and training processes significantly hindered the migration and onboarding efforts. The organization relied on Citrix, which was not optimized for a scalable and distributed work environment.

Their existing learning management system (LMS) was overly complex, leading to poor adoption rates among employees. The Solution
